Each of us have guides that nudge and help us throughout our lives. For some of us we call them guardian angels. For others they are called ancestors. For many it is simply the voice inside our head that connects us with our highest and best version of our selves.... Our overself or higher self. In this class we talk about what ways guides present themselves to us. We will go over some ways we can connect with our guides. We will briefly talk about the light languages that are used to allow for these connections to occur and ways to enhance those within our lives. The class will end with a guided meditation to help you create a space where you can safely communicate with your own guides.
