Beginner's Meditation Class
Have you ever wanted to dive into the world of meditation but did not know where to start? In this class we will explore some simple techniques to bring mindfulness into your everyday life. Not every meditation includes sitting perfectly still and humming ... we promise. We will explore how bringing this mindfulness into your everyday benefits your physical, mental and emotional self. Various techniques will be explored to help you find one that calls to you.
