Pillarship

Pillarships are .....


Pillarship Applications open twice a year.
Process for Pillarship:

1. Fill out the Application HERE
2. The head of the selection committee brings the applications to the committee and it is reviewed. The answer from the committee must be a UNANIMOUS Yes, No, or Maybe. If it is not, it still goes to the committee, but this encourages discussion, navigation and collective understanding. 
3. The board reviews the stacks of yes, no, and maybe. The board MAY override a decision from the selection committee if they see good reason to do so. 
4. You receive a letter and, if selected begin your pillarship adventure! It's self-paced so you drive your own bus, but everyone is in this together, so everyone is there to support you!

​A side-note: If you receive a no, it's not a permanent no... It's just a not right now. You will receive detailed, evidence-based feedback as to why pillarship may not be right for you right now along with materials and information to work on areas of development. The board is also willing to field any conversations that may need to happen, so you're always welcome to reach out for more feedback so that you can take it, adjust, and reapply later!
