I know its hard but don't forget you have stars in your blood.

​You wanna know something that I adore about my soul contract in this life time? (stick with me for a sec I promise I will back up and explain that). I absolutely adore that by helping others I often times get some amazing insight into my own journey. I “know” that is valid all the time. I “know” that it is an universal truth that by helping to heal others help us heal ourselves at all times, but there is so much power in being reminded of it in such a manner you must acknowledge it is relevant. There are times we are the healer and there are times that we are the healee. Most often we are a touch of both.  ​

The above will make sense to some and others it will not. If it did not try this: it is a personal belief of mine that we choose some things in our life time. Not in a predestined kind of way; more in a way of before we come to this existence we have such a clear view on what we need to learn our greater truths that we are able to decide that certain things need to happen to us in order for us to be triggered to a deeper level of being. And by getting here and helping others in things that our strengths, we help ourselves get back to these truths we set out to discover as well. (soul contracts)   
Part of my own contract(s) is to be a part of holding space for others as they step into their own truths. I adore it. I tire of it. I get excited by it. And sometimes I loathe it. LOL. Multilayered event folks. I think there are a lot of us that are in this position. We do it in our own way, with our own circles of people. No one more powerful than another.... some just more aware.  

Here lately, it seems like so many are being called to step out of the thoughts they once had and move into a space where they really have to think about what they believe as truth. Many are being broken down to the very core of their star dust so that they can get rid of the crap that does not line up with their highest good. This is not an easy moment. This is a moment that most get to, take one look at, and run the hell away from.  

If you find yourself at this moment it is really important for you to know that you are worthy, you are enough, you can do it, and there is a better way. You are a powerful and divine being … no matter the truths you have accepted... underneath all that programming is a being made of the stars that can and most definitely should accept the star dust that runs thru their veins.  

It takes so much courage to be your authentic highest self. Not everyone will understand the way this journey looks. You must be willing to be stared at because you dance in the rain instead of running from its cleansing power. We have accepted programming that says joy has a time and a place. Be brave enough to smile just because. We have accepted programming that says if we are sad, we are wrong. Be strong enough to sit with your tears as they wash away the muck.   
So many of us are dealing with the layers of stepping into our truths, be willing to share the love with others as you wish the world would do with you. Stand for your truths from a space of love – knowing that just as divine you are; so is the meat suit in front of you. They may not be aware of it yet --- but we are all flowing with the power of the stars. Are we acting like it?
